The bathroom was crying out for more space-completely unacceptable. A complimentary upgrade or some special treat would have been lovely, but alas, just regular old me. I almost wanted to rave about my stay, but clearly, they just don't deliver on expectations. Shocking, really.

what a favourable location to narita airport! and adjacent to both ueno, and a palm-sized square on the wall which opened airflow when gently pressed. comfortable bed, brand-new and compact rooms. plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Convenient location just a short walk from Akihabara.
I found the bathroom a bit cramped, especially for someone my size. Be prepared to waste time waiting. The lack of basic amenities like drinking water and coffee in the lobby is unacceptable. It seems they're not prioritizing guest comfort at all.

The staff were great too ensure my comfort, and the room was clean with excellent shower pressure that impressed me.
The bathroom felt a bit cramped, especially around the amenities, making things somewhat uncomfortable .

I stayed solo for a night in a Single Room, and it was pretty spacious. The bed was super soft and comfy-got a good night's sleep! The room fit my two bags easily, and there's a nice desk to work at. It's really close to Okachimachi JR Station, made getting around super easy. Loved that there were coin washing machines on the ground floor. The staff was really helpful, too. Great stay!

The okachimachi urban hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the ginza line and 10 minutes to ueno park. The room was spacious enough for my bags and the desk made it easy to work. The staff was nice and helpful .
